**Note:  To get the exact results I have in these recipes, you will need to use Body By Vi Protein Powder (BBVi). These recipes are all gluten and lactose free. If you are concerned about GMO's, please use only organic ingredients.

"Lose It"

**Recipes for optimal weightloss

 

Sweet

 

Pancakes Please!

  • 4 Tbsp. Coconut Flour

  • 2 Tbsp. Flaxmeal

  • 2 Servings Protein Powder (BBVi)

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder

  • Splash of Sea Salt

  • 1 Cup of Almond or Coconut Milk (Unsweetned)

 

Whisk together. Throw on the griddle. (gently) Ok, maybe just spoon them onto the griddle in smaller than usual pancakes. Flip when ready. Top with fresh berries! If you need that butter substitute, try using a thin brushing of coconut oil.

 

Creamy Protein Jello

2.5 cups raspberries

2 scoops Protein Powder (BBVi)

1/2 Banana

1 small pack sugar free strawberry gelatin 

1/2 Cup HOT water (to dissolve the gelatin)

1/2 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk

 

Dissolve jello in hot water. Either blend together or whisk together the rest of the ingredients (depending on how big of fruit chunks you desire). Stick into the fridge. Remove when the jello "sets up." If you wish for this to be more of a jello jiggler, add additional unflavored gelatin. (1 Packet)

 

Savory

Stoked Salad (Yes, this salad is STOKED to be a salad!)

  • Baby Spinach Leaves

  • 1 Diced Tomato

  • 2 Servings Black or Green Olives (optional)

  • 1 Packet Vi Bites (Fiesta Nut)

  • Red Wine Vinegar

 

Happy Hummus

  • 2 Cans Organic Chickpeas (Do not drain)

  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

  • 1 Tbsp. Basil

  • 2 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil (May use any organic soft flavored oil)

  • 4 tsp. Cumin

  • 1 tsp. Sea salt

 

 

"Build It"

**Recipes for optimal muscle building

 

Sweet

 

Better Bites

  • 1/2 Cup Protein Powder (BBVi)

  • 1/2 Cup Oats (Quick)

  • 2 Tbsp. Flaxmeal

  • 1 Tbsp. Local Honey

  • 1 tsp. Almond Extract (use any flavor you desire)

 

Mix all together. Roll into bite sized balls. Refrigerate.

 

Creamy  Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Quick Oats (Mix with 1 Cup Water)

  • 1 Serving Protein Powder (BBVi)

  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp. Local Honey

 

Savory

 

Me Want Chili

  • 4 Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 Package Lean Bison (May sub with Turkey, Chicken, Beef) OPTIONAL (Can make this vegetarian and Omitt)

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Pepper (Red or Green)

  • 4 Diced Celery Stalks

  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

  • 1 Can (540 ml) Organic Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)

  • 1 Can (540 ml) Organic Chickpeas (Drained and Rinsed)

  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil (May sub Coconut, Almond, Avocado, or Organic Olive Oil)

  • 2 Cans Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

  • 2 tsp. Garlic Salt

  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder

 

Sautee Onions, Celery, Minced Garlic, and the pepper in a pan with 1 tsp. oil. Mix the veggies with the rest of the ingredients together in a large soup pot. Let cook and simmer for 30 min. minimum.

 

Crunchy Almond Fried Chicken

  • 4 chicken Breasts (Each Cut in Half & skin removed) Preferrably organic

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp Flaxmeal

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tsp. garlic powder

  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

  • Cayenne pepper (optional)

  • Sea Salt

  • Ground Black Pepper

  • Sunflower or Coconut Oil

 

Wisk the eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients. Dip chicken first into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture. Place into a pan with 2 Tbsp. of Sunflower oil. Cook the chicken thoroughly (about 10-12 minutes on each side) on medium high heat or until juices run clear.
